退回的產品，必須保持原始狀態且未开封/使用。
買家必須在退回產品的發票日期起 7 天內，通知 chinesemedicine.com.my。
chinesemedicine.com.my 將與買家確認退貨安排，買家必須自費將產品運回 chinesemedicine.com.my。
買家將對產品回退給我們的期间，負完全部責任。
物品必須在我們書面信函日期算起， 10 天內送达。
補貨費
除非產品有瑕疵，或退貨是由於我方失誤所直接造成的，否則會收取 10% 的補貨費。
Return Policy
All products sold through chinesemedicine.com.my have a 7 days return policy from the date of invoice.
Returned products must be in original condition and unopen/unused.
The buyer must inform us at chinesemedicine.com.my within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.
chinesemedicine.com.my will confirm with the buyer of returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to chinesemedicine.com.my at his/her own cost.
The buyer will take full responsibility for the products during the return shipment back to us.
The items must be delivered back to us within 10 days from the date of our written letter.
Restocking Fees
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged.
