In order to make any purchase on our website, you need to register an account. Payment will be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Your order will only be processed after we receive confirmation that your payment has been authorized. Regarding how to purchase products on our website, you can refer to our ordering instructions.
Referral Reward Program
The Referral Rewards Program (collectively, the “RRP”) is YCL Herbs' way of rewarding and thanking loyal customers for purchasing products or performing RRP-related actions.
Once you have registered an account on YCL Herbs website, you can invite your relatives and friends to join our RRP by sharing the user's unique recommendation link and QR code that is available in the personal recommendation message column. Once they successfully sign up and place an order through your referral link, you will be able to earn referral points (collectively, "PT"). The mechanism works as follows:
There are three types of recommendation points: first tier, second tier and third tier. The first tier is being recruited directly by you, the second tier is being recruited by the first tier under you, and the 3rd tier is being recruited by the 2nd tier under you.
For your 1st tier orders, you will receive 2% referral points from the actual paid amount of the order.
For your 2nd tier orders, you will receive 2% referral points from the actual paid amount of the order.
For your 3rd tier orders, you will receive 2% referral points from the actual paid amount of the order.
Example: If the actual paid amount for the 1st tier order is RM 300, you will get RM 300 x 2% = 6 PT; if the actual paid amount for the 2nd tier order is RM 200, you will get RM 200 x 2% = 4 PT; if the actual paid amount for the 3rd tier order is RM 500, you will receive RM 500 x 2% = 10 PT
All referral points will be accumulated in [My Points]. 1 point is equal to MYR 1. You can use points to offset partial/full payable amount when shopping on the website.
Points are strictly non-transferable, non-redeemable, non-shareable, non-combinable and/or non-withdrawable. Points can only be used by the account holder and on this website only.
When customer successfully pay the actual paid amount of the purchased product on YCL Herbs website, customer can also enjoy a personal rebate of 5% on his/her actual paid amount.
Only if customer has enough points in [My Points], he/she can use the points to offset the actual payable amount due for the order. For example, when customer want to make a purchase of RM300, he/she need to have minimum 300 points in [My Points] to get instant offset against the amount due for the order. If his/her points are less than 300, he/she will not be able to offset the amount due for the order.
